Foressa Mountain Town Construction Updates Q3 2024

SITE DEVELOPMENT

Phase Light 1A site development is 96% complete, targeting completion in Q1 2025, while Phase Light 1B is 80% complete, with a target completion in Q2 2025.

Site Development covers site clearing, grading, roads, utilities, open parking, and related work.

 

AMENITIES

The Main Pavilion is fully completed and operationally ready. The Outdoor Events Area is set for completion by Q1 2025, with Diamond Park to follow in Q3, and the Phase Light 1A Pocket Park Trees in Q4 2025.

Amenities include the completion of the clubhouse, pools, function areas, parks, playgrounds, courts, guardhouses, landscaped spaces, and equipment rentals.

 

VECINO TURNOVERS

114 lots have been turned over to vecinos in Phase Light 1A.

The Main Pavilion is at 91% completion, with the target for structure completion set for Q4 2023.

The Phase 1A Streetscape and main entry signage are currently in progress and are slated for completion by Q4 2023.

Phase 1A Pocket Parks and the Outdoor Events Area are scheduled for completion in Q2 2024.

87 lots have been turned over to vecinos in Phase 1A.
